PIPING ENGINEER / DESIGNER (Ref: J 02/2009/Piping/ 001)

∙ Degree/Diploma/ ITC in Mechanical Engineering

∙ Experience in piping layout design, pipe support design, pipe stress analysis, steam tracing arrangement, equipment

layout arrangement and other related piping work using AutoCAD/CADWORX

∙ Familiar with PDS software is preferred

∙ Min. 8 years of relevant experience


ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (Ref : J 02/2009/Elect/ 001)

∙ Degree in Electrical Engineering

∙ Experience in electrical system design including distribution/ protecting of HV and MV power systems, power

generation and communication systems

∙ Min. 8 years of relevant experience


INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER (Ref: J 02/2009/Instr/ 001)

∙ Degree in Electrical/Instrume ntation/Electron ic Engineering

∙ Experience in selection and specifi cation of DCS/Instruments and fi eld installation design.

∙ Able to review Vendors’ documents and to co-ordinate with different discipline engineers within the organization

∙ Min. 8 years of relevant experience


MECHANICAL ENGINEER (ROTATING EQUIPMENT) (Ref: J 02/2009/Mech/ 001)

∙ Degree in Mechanical Engineering

∙ Min. 8 years experience in both engineering design and construction of oil & gas industry

∙ Have good knowledge in rotating equipment design, such as pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, blowers, etc

∙ Familiar with the requirement of International Codes and Standards, such as API, ASME, BS, ANSI, etc

∙ Able to prepare requisition, specifi cations and review vendors’ documents and co-ordinate works between vendors

and other discipline engineers within the organization


MECHANICAL ENGINEER (STATIC) (Ref: J 02/2009/Mech/ 002)

∙ Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years experience in both engineering design and construction of

Oil and Gas industry

∙ Have experience in static equipment design such as pressure vessel, heat exchanger, storage tank and other

mechanical equipment

∙ Familiar with the requirement of International Codes and Standards, such as API, ASME, BS, ANSI, etc

∙ Able to prepare requisition, specifi cation and review vendors’ documents and co-ordinate works between vendors

and other discipline engineers within the organization


PROCESS ENGINEER (Ref: J 02/2009/Process/ 001)

∙ Degree in Chemical Engineering

∙ Min. 8 years working experience in process simulation (Proll or Aspen), equipment rating (vessel, towel/tray, heat

exchangers), P&ID development, hydraulic calculations, plant precommissioning and start up


CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEER / DESIGNER (Ref: J 02/2009/C&S/001)

∙ Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering

∙ Min. 8 years experience in civil/structural design and construction

∙ Conversant with BS5950 and BS8110 codes requirements

∙ Able to perform detailed engineering design & detailing

∙ Able to perform material take off and cost estimation

∙ Able to perform site supervision and quality control


CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (Ref: J 02/2009/PD/002)

∙ Degree/Diploma in Construction Management/Mechanic al/Civil/ Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering

∙ Assist Construction Manager in executing work, include schedule control, quality control, safety control

∙ Involved in Project QA/QC/Welding work in Oil & Gas industry preferred

∙ Shop fabrication, fi eld construction and plant commissioning experience are required (Piping)

∙ FAT, fi eld construction and plant commissioning experience are required (Electrical)

∙ FAT, Field construction and testing experience are required (Instrumentation)

∙ Responsible for heavy lifting, co-ordination, alignment for all kinds of mechanical equipment (Mechanical)

∙ Co-ordinate with subcontractors / Clients

∙ Min. 5 years experience in piping/mechanical/ civil/structure/ tankage/electric al/instrument work


SAFETY ENGINEER (ENGINEERING) (Ref: J 02/2009/PD/004)

∙ Registered WSHO

∙ Degree in Engineering (Safety, a major subject)

∙ Min. 3 years experience in Safety Engineering


QA / QC ENGINEER / INSPECTOR (Ref: J 02/2009/PD/005)

∙ CWSIP 3.1 or AWS CWI is required

∙ ASNT or PCN level II for Radiographic Film Interpretation

∙ Experience in fi eld piping and tankage works is preferred

∙ Min. 10 years experience in related industry


PROJECT / FIELD ENGINEER (Ref: J 02/2009/PD/007)

∙ Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

∙ Ability to work independently, discharging duties such as estimating, schedule & cost control and dealing with

subcontractors’ payments, claims for progress payments

∙ Preferably 10 years of relevant experience

∙ Fresh graduate may be considered


PLANNING ENGINEER (Ref: J 02/2009/PD/008)

∙ Degree in Construction Management Engineering related education

∙ Develop detailed work plans and cost estimation of approved items to forecast cost and workforce requirements

to allow effi cient scheduling of work

∙ Perform overall scheduling and specifi c planning work

∙ To co-ordinate subcontract schedule

∙ Design, implement progress and schedule control system for the project according to Management requirements

∙ Manage the Planning and Scheduling systems for the project to achieve Company business goals

∙ Develop and generate reports on weekly basis or when requested by Management

∙ Well-versed in Primavera 6.0

∙ Min. 5 years of relevant experience


PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR (Ref: J 02/2009/PD/011)

∙ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in purchasing for plant construction industry

∙ Able to coordinate with local and overseas vendors, to source and provide procurement services in price

evaluation and negotiation

∙ Perform expediting, material inspection and shipping works

∙ Liaise with various business units on their requirements


PROJECT / COST CONTROL ENGINEER (Ref: J 02/2009/PD/012)

∙ Degree in Construction Management or equivalent

∙ Planning, scheduling, monitoring, cost control for project

∙ Preparing project monthly report, reviewing progress sub-contract/ report on all expenditure

∙ Well-versed in Primavera 6.0

∙ Min. 3 years of relevant experience in related industry


ESTATE OFFICER (Ref: J 02/2009/Admin/ 001)

∙ Diploma in Building Services/Estate/ Property Management

∙ Fire Safety Managers Certifi cate will be advantages

∙ Formulate, implement and execute building maintenance programs and schedules

∙ Control and monitor building security and fi re safety

∙ Evaluate and award tenders for general maintenance and security contracts

∙ Carry out any other assignments/ directives as and when required by the Manager

∙ Min. 3 years of relevant experience


ANALYST PROGRAMMER (Ref: J 02/2009/IT/001)

∙ Relevant Diploma education

∙ Support and development of IT applications

∙ Responsible for the system development life cycle of IT systems

∙ Manage System Testing and Integration Testing

∙ Min. 3 years relevant experience in .NET Programming

∙ O-levels/ITE education

∙ Daily typing, faxing, photocopying and fi ling of documents and correspondences

∙ Internal distribution of messages and mails/documents to all departmental personnel concerned

∙ Receive incoming/outgoing messages for all Departmental Staff in their absences

∙ Cover other ad-hoc duties when required
