-interact with the Advisors to generate new business
-ensure all the advisors are active and motivate them to achieve the targets set by the company
-market profiling to ensure the most profitable areas
-selling Life Insurance policies.
-assuring Team Productivity
-responsible for Channel Development
-presenting Proposals to clients
-making Corporate presentations


CTC:1.5 to 3.00 PA + Variablies + incentivies
